Delivery Times
Shipping costs vary according to the method of payment selected and to the type of goods. Delivery times vary according to the specific destination. After the order is cleared by our warehouse and collected by the courier, we can deliver in 1 day all over Italy (2 days to/from islands and Calabria). Deliveries outside the Italian territory are managed by TNT express courier and the delivery time can vary between 4 and 6 working days. Products are delivered during working days.
If all items, or part of them, are not available on order, the programme will directly report the expected delivery time.
Costs and Modes of Delivery
• We only accept orders with delivery to countries within the European Community.
• For every order we issue a regular invoice/receipt of the delivered material and, according to the art. 14 of the D.P.R. 445/200 and of the D.L. 52/2004, we send a copy by e-mail to the holder of the order. The information supplied by the customer on order will be used for making out the invoice.
• The payment of the goods by the customer will be carried out according to the mode of payment selected on order.
• On delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer must check that:
o the number of items delivered complies with what is reported on the delivery note;
o the package and the packaging material (adhesive tape or metal bands)are intact, undamaged, dry and unaltered.
Possible damages found on the package and/or on the product or the non-compliance with the number of items or with the indications must be immediately notified, reporting a WRITTEN CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE on the courier’s delivery receipt. After signing the courier copy, the customer will not be authorized to raise any objection regarding the outer features of the delivered items.
Possible problems concerning the integrity, compliance or completeness of the received items must be notified within 7 days since the delivery date.
• If the goods available at the courier’s warehouse are not delivered within 3-5 working days due to several unsuccessful attempts at delivery to the address reported by the customer on order, this latter will be automatically cancelled.
Guarantee
The purchased goods are under the consumer goods guarantee regulated by the D.L. 24/02 in force since March 23rd 2004 complying with the guidelines of the European Community 99/04/CE.
Consumer goods purchased for personal use have a 2-year guarantee since the purchase date.
If a defective product is returned, the shipping costs will be at customer’s expense, while the shipping charges for the replacement will be free.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer can exert the right of withdrawal within 10 days since the receipt of the goods in compliance with the indications of the D.L. 185 dtd. 22/05/92.
In case of withdrawal it is necessary to send the relevant communication (by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt)to the following address:

The reimbursement will only cover the price paid for purchasing the object and will not include the return shipment amount.
Personal data and order number must be reported on the registered letter. The material, subject of the withdrawal, must be undamaged, complete (including documentation and relevant accessories) and returned in the original package. The costs of the return shipment are at customer’s expense and he is also responsible for the shipment: Caser company cannot be held responsible for possible damages occurred during transport.
In case of non-compliance with the above mentioned conditions, the right of withdrawal will be automatically revoked.
